Abstract

The discussion about the rehabilitation civic heritage in Europe has been focused in the last years in two aspects: the manufacturing process to seize buildings and the development of a suitable technology. In the search of a new technology that has a complete transformation on the development of the construction industry. In Mexico this situation is more disadvantage than Europe, but is time to start to change it.
